3 years agoWashington Nationals shortstop Alcides Escobar doubled and drove in two runs in Tuesday's 7-1 victory over the Miami Marlins, going 1-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored. Escobar has slashed .394/.400/.485 with six RBI and a stolen base over his last seven games, during which time he has hit safely in every game. Escobar bats in the second spot of the lineup, making him a prime candidate to score plenty of runs, which could be a big help for fantasy managers in deep mixed and NL-only leagues.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
