Jaylen Waddle Could See Decreased Role
3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle has seen at least five or more targets in each of the first two games this season. However, multiple things have changed over the course of a week. Backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett will draw the start versus the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 3. Also, wide receiver Will Fuller (personal) is expected to make his team debut after missing the first two weeks. The Dolphins offense looked awful with Brissett under center. It wouldn't be surprising if the Dolphins go run-heavy after passing 40-plus times and not scoring last week. It could be a rough week for all three of the Dolphins main wideouts. Waddle falls into a low-end flex territory and should be avoided in this tough matchup.
