Mike Gesicki Could See Uptick In Value
3 years agoMiami Dolphins tight end Mike Gesicki produced zero receptions in the season opener, but he hauled in three passes last week. The young tight end was a focal point of their offense last season, so he should get his targets. Backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett is making the start versus the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 3. He struggled to move the ball downfield last week. That means that Brissett could go with short quick passes to try and get some yards against a tough Raiders defense. Gesicki could be a safety net for Brissett in this one, but that remains to be seen. He should be viewed as a high-end TE2 in PPR formats with Brissett under center.
