3 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez slugged his 30th home run of the season on Thursday as his club fell to the Twins 7-2. He took Michael Pineda deep to left field on the first pitch of the fourth inning for a solo shot as he also doubled and scored another run, finishing the day going 2-for-4. Hernandez is having one of the better second halves in all the majors to now give him 88 runs, 110 RBI, 11 SB, and a .303 BA through 134 games on the campaign. Managers can continue to trust the right-handed slugger the rest of the way as we close in on season's end.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
