3 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Russell Gage (ankle) has been ruled out for the team's Week 3 contest against the Giants. Gage failed to practice Wednesday and Thursday and was not spotted at Friday's practice- so it's not surprising to see him ruled out for Sunday. Gage, who is considered week-to-week with an ankle injury that he suffered during Week 2 against Tampa Bay, will get his next chance to return in Week 4 against Washington. Fellow wideout Calvin Ridley should command an even larger target share Sunday against New York, as should tight end Kyle Pitts. Olamide Zaccheaus will be the next man up as the team's WR2, though he's more of a dart-throw in fantasy circles.--Tim Capurso
