3 years agoHouston Astros outfielder Jake Meyers will need to turn his offense around if he hopes to be a factor in the Astros postseason plans. Meyers burst on the scene in August, slashing .316/.338/.500 with 16 runs batted in but has fallen off the map since. Meyers is slashing only .176/.288/.333 in the month of September with 19 strikeouts over his last 51 at-bats. Meyers gave a potent Astros offense a jolt in August but could get squeezed out of playing time in the postseason.--Joey C - RotoBaller
