3 years agoHouston Texans kicker Ka'imi Fairbairn (groin) was designated to return from injured reserve on Monday. He was placed on the injured reserve before Week 1 after sustaining a groin injury in the final game of the preseason. Houston will have three weeks to promote the kicker to the main roster. The 27-year-old started all 16 games for the Texans in 2020, converting 27-of-31 field goal attempts and 37-of-40 extra-point tries. Fairbairn will be the Texans kicker once activated and is expected to replace incumbent starter, Joey Slye. The Texans kicker doesn't offer much fantasy value and is a streamer at best in deep-league formats.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
