According to Mike DeFabo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Pittsburgh Penguins left wing Zach Aston-Reece will be sidelined indefinitely after testing positive for COVID-19. Aston-Reece netted nine goals and added 15 assists this past season. Through 45 regular season games played, he averaged 14:37 of total ice time in 2021. The 27-year-old veteran plays a crucial role for Pittsburgh, as he can move throughout the team's lineup. However, despite being an essential component to his team's success in the 2021-22 season, the Staten Island, New York, native is not in the top 250 player rankings in Yahoo leagues.
