Curtis Samuel Resumes Practicing
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receiver Curtis Samuel (groin) is practicing with the team on Wednesday after missing the first three games because of a groin injury. The newly signed playmaker is familiar with the offensive system from his time in Carolina, so it shouldn't take long for him to get up to speed if his body has responded to the rest. Given that rookie Dyami Brown has not taken hold of the WR2 job so far, there is a good chance Samuel can return to meaningful targets. With Ryan Fitzpatrick (hip) also a few weeks away from returning, now could be the right time to stash Samuel in leagues with deep benches or Injured Reserve spots.
