Trevor Williams Goes Four Strong Innings In Bulk Outing
3 years agoNew York Mets pitcher Trevor Williams entered in the second inning of Tuesday's nightcap against the Miami Marlins, taking over for opener Noah Syndergaard. Williams went four innings, allowing one run on five hits with six strikeouts. Williams has been excellent since joining the Mets, posting a 2.63 ERA in nine appearances including three starts. He figures to make one more appearance at least, and fantasy managers desperate for quality innings could do worse.
