3 years agoNew York Mets outfielder Michael Conforto hit a monster home run in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Miami Marlins, launching a solo shot 469 feet over the left-center field fence. It was his only hit in four at-bats. Conforto now has 13 home runs in what has been a disappointing campaign for the free-agent-to-be. He's improved in the second half of the season, with a .762 OPS as opposed to a .639 number in the first half, but both are well below his career mark of .822. With 49 runs scored and 51 RBI in 394 at-bats, Conforto has underwhelmed at every turn, making him a potential value in 2022 drafts.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
