William Byron A Dark-Horse Candidate At Talladega
3 years agoWilliam Byron has run very well at Talladega during his last three times at the track. The Hendrick Motorsports Racing driver finished 11th, 4th, and 2nd. He has managed to keep track position while avoiding problems. Byron has even led ten or more laps in four of his seven appearances. The No. 24 car has performed well and seems to never be too loose or too tight. Byron must stay on the track on Sunday. His 18th place finish at Las Vegas leaves him on the bubble to advance to the next round. He may be one of the few drivers most set up for success that is not a Team Penske driver.
