3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders running back Peyton Barber could have a bigger role for the team as they prep for their Monday night matchup against the host Los Angeles Chargers. The 27-year-old Auburn product has taken full advantage of Josh Jacob's absence and has leapfrogged Kenyan Drake on Vegas' depth chart to take over the ground game. Head coach Jon Gruden even told reporters he's "not going to hesitate to put him in a primary role" after Barber logged 23 carries for 111 yards and a touchdown and had three receptions on five targets for 31 yards. Barber was previously only a good option to play in deeper leagues but now has sleeper potential and is worth starting if Jacobs remains out in Week 4.--Chelena Goldman
