Clyde Edwards-Helaire Will Look To Build Off Of Success
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire will look to build off of a strong Week 3 performance with a matchup versus the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4. CEH ran for a season-high 100 yards on 17 carries and also caught two balls for nine yards and a touchdown in a Week 3 loss versus the Los Angeles Chargers. The one downfall is that he fumbled for his second consecutive game. The Eagles defense has struggled against the run so far this season and have allowed 120 yards per game to opposing runners. In theory, Edwards-Helaire should be lined up for a favorable matchup, but the Chiefs offense is based around the passing game and CEH has failed to get more than 17 carries in a game this season. The bottom line is that he will need to make the most of his opportunities when touching the ball, and he should be considered an upside RB2 in Week 4.
