3 years agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker has seen at least seven targets or more in each of the first three games of the season. That is good news for fantasy managers who thought the presence of Will Fuller would hurt Parker's value. Despite getting significant targets, Parker remains a low-end WR3 in PPR formats for their matchup with the Indianapolis Colts in Week 4. Backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett is under center, which certainly hurts the value of his receivers.
