3 years agoDetroit Tigers third baseman Jeimer Candelario isn't in the lineup on Friday for a matchup with the Chicago White Sox and right-handed starter Lance Lynn. The 27-year-old is hitting .271 with a .352 on-base percentage and 16 home runs in 622 plate appearances this season. Instead, it'll be Harold Castro getting the start at third base and batting fifth against the White Sox. Castro is hitting .287 with a .317 on-base percentage and three home runs in 326 plate appearances this season.
