3 years agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Chris Flexen delivered in a high-pressure situation Saturday, allowing just one run on six hits and a walk in 5 1/3 innings to help extend Seattle's relevance to Game 162. He struck out one batter and took a no-decision in the 6-4 victory. Flexen has been remarkably consistent all year, and he's now pitched at least five innings in 23 consecutive starts. His strikeout rate is low at 125 in 179 2/3 innings pitched, but he's a reliable innings-eater worthy of fantasy rosters in the right formats.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
