3 years agoWashington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson (shin) is likely to play in Week 4 against the Falcons. Listed as questionable, Gibson made the trip to Atlanta with the team, the first positive indicator regarding his status for the upcoming contest. The 23-year-old has been the clear lead back for Washington, pacing the backfield in snaps and touches en route to two 100-scrimmage yard games in his first three contests, though he has ceded some of the pass-catching duties to J.D. McKissic. That won't matter as much against a Falcons defense that ranks 24th in rush DVOA. Gibson should be regarded as a high-end RB2 if he's out there.--Tim Capurso
