3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Alex Collins rushed for 44 yards on 10 attempts and a touchdown while adding two catches for 34 yards in Sunday's 28-21 win over the San Francisco 49ers. Starting RB Chris Carson wasn't injured on Sunday but was ineffective, averaging 2.3 yards per carry. Collins came off the bench and punched it in from the 14-yard line to give the Seahawks a 28-13 lead. The 27-year-old has carved out a role as the primary backup to Carson. He has now rushed for 77 yards on 13 attempts and a touchdown over three games in 2021. Carson's fantasy managers should have Collins stashed on their bench, but he won't have any stand-alone fantasy value in Week 5 against the Los Angeles Rams.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
