3 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon (ankle) was diagnosed with a low-grade ankle sprain after exiting the team's Thursday night game early in Week 4. He is considered week to week, so fantasy managers can breathe a sigh of relief as it is not something that will put him on the shelf for too long. In his absence, Samaje Perine will likely lead the backfield in carries, while rookie Chris Evans would also see an increased role in the passing game. Perine is worth a waiver pickup as he would immediately end up in the FLEX conversation for however long he is the top option in the running game. Evans could be on the radar in deeper leagues, but it would be best to see what kind of role the rookie can carve out in Week 5.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
