3 years agoAtlanta Falcons wide receiver Calvin Ridley (personal) has been ruled out for his team's Week 5 contest against the Jets in London. Ridley won't make the trip to London due to a personal matter. While it's at least comforting to know that the star wideout isn't battling an injury, the team still didn't disclose any details as to when he would return to action. Rudley's absence further complicated things for the Falcons' passing attack, as they'll likely also be without Russell Gage (ankle). That should mean more opportunities for rookie tight end Kyle Pitts, who has placed second on the team in targets behind Ridley. More looks in the passing game should also be available to Cordarrelle Patterson and Olamide Zaccheaus.--Tim Capurso
