Tony Pollard Could See A Few More Touches In Week 5
3 years agoDallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard had an enormous performance in Week 2 and has remained a solid contributor, averaging 10.5 rush attempts per game. Still, he hasn't been able to amass too many fantasy points while playing behind starter Ezekiel Elliott. With Elliott (knee) dealing with a minor knee injury, there always remains the possibility that he can aggravate the injury or be pulled early if the Cowboys have the game in hand early. Pollard has shown the ability to have RB1 upside, but his range of outcomes is quite wide because of his playing time. He's safer as an RB3/low-ceiling FLEX option for Week 5.
