Evan Engram A Low-End TE2 In Week 5
3 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram caught 5-of-6 targets for 27 yards and rushed once for minus-3 yards in Sunday's 27-21 overtime win over New Orleans. He was more involved in the offense as the Giants were without wide receivers Sterling Shepard (hamstring) and Darius Slayton (hamstring). Engram failed to make much of an impact despite the target increase. The 27-year-old owned 16% of the team market target share but averaged a measly 4.5 yards per target. Engram gets a plus matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, who allow 315.2 passing yards per game, but is considered a low-end TE2 in Week 5 due to his lack of fantasy production.
