Tevin Coleman Avoidable In Week 5
3 years agoNew York Jets running back Tevin Coleman was the lead back coming into the season. However, that has quickly changed over the last few weeks. The veteran back saw only four carries during Week 5. That is unlikely to change in Week 5 against the Atlanta Falcons. It is a favorable matchup, but Coleman is stuck in a three-back committee. Both Michael Carter and Ty Johnson have seen action on a weekly basis. It sounds like Coleman is going to have a minimal role with multiple options around him. This is a recipe for disaster and Coleman should be avoided for this matchup.
