3 years agoDetroit Lions tight end T.J. Hockenson (knee) is improving and has a chance to play Sunday against the Vikings, per Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press. Hockenson's knee injury kept him off the practice field Wednesday- though his return to limited participation the following day has the arrow pointing upward on his status for the divisional contest. The 24-year-old hasn't exceeded 50 yards since Week 2 but has seen the third-most targets among all tight ends, which cements his must-start status whenever he's active and healthy. View Hockenson as a mid-range TE1 if he suits up.--Tim Capurso
