3 years agoMilwaukee Brewers catcher Omar Narvaez isn't in the starting lineup for Saturday's game. Narvaez had a hit in three plate appearances on Friday in Milwaukee's series-opening win, but the Brewers will instead turn to Manny Pina behind the plate in Game 2 of the National League Division Series against the Atlanta Braves and left-handed starter Max Fried. Pina finished the regular season hitting .189 with a .293 on-base percentage and 13 home runs in 208 plate appearances. However, the veteran was much more productive against left-handed pitchers. The 34-year-old hit .221 with a .348 on-base percentage and six home runs in 92 regular-season plate appearances against left-handed pitching. Pina is batting eighth on Saturday.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
