3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars kicker Matthew Wright was elevated from the practice squad for the second consecutive week. The 25-year-old handled kicking duties last Sunday, forcing Josh Lambo to be inactive. A similar pattern could very likely be followed against the Titans this week. Wright and Lambo were reportedly in competition throughout recent practices and head coach Urban Meyer was expected to decide who won the job on Saturday. While Meyer never made an official announcement, Wright's elevation suggests that he'll get the nod for the second week in a row. Last Sunday, he made all three extra-point attempts.--Andersen Pickard - RotoBaller
