3 years agoArizona Cardinals tight end Maxx Williams (leg) exited the Week 5 matchup against the 49ers. While getting tackled in the second quarter, the 27-year-old took a nasty hit to the right leg and was subsequently carted off the field. Williams was entering the contest fresh off a five-catch, 66-yard performance against the Rams in Week 4, where he also racked up a touchdown. He also had a questionable tag entering the bout because of a shoulder issue, so it wouldn't be surprising if he were to miss some time moving ahead.
