3 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Ian Thomas posted a season-high 40 yards in Sunday's defeat to the Eagles. Thomas had just 39 receiving yards through the first four weeks of the season but eclipsed that total in one game Sunday, averaging a solid 10 yards per reception. The 25-year-old unfortunately had to watch as Tommy Tremble scored a red-zone touchdown, but it was still a solid day to build on. Thomas isn't on the fantasy radar yet but could be worth monitoring in the coming weeks.--Tim Capurso
