3 years agoKevin Harvick just had to keep the car on the track basically in the waning laps. In the end, what will be debated for the rest of 2021 is this. Did he see the No. 9 behind him? Harvick locked his right front side and the result was hard contact into the barrier. That ended the day for the Stewart-Haas Racing driver and the end of the playoff chase for him. The No. 4 car always was on a bit of a slippery slope but no one could have expected things to end quite like this. Harvick never did lead any laps but was one of the few drivers who were in the top ten after the first two stages. It was a rough playoff ending but offered a lesson on karma for Harvick. --Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
