3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen finished with six catches for 76 yards during the victory over the Browns on Sunday. He had nine targets, seven less than teammate Mike Williams, who had 16. Nevertheless, while this wasn't the worst outing seen from a wideout, it was undoubtedly short of what fantasy managers were hoping to get out of the veteran. Williams and Austin Ekeler combined for five touchdowns in Week 5, so Allen was simply the odd man out for this one. Still, he remains one of the most lethal options at the position, although he's only had two games with over 100 yards during the 2021 campaign. His lone touchdown on the year isn't doing him any favors either. However, Allen can quickly turn on the burners moving ahead, and he should continue to be in starting lineups until things start to get worse on the statistical end.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
