3 years agoKansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said star wide receiver Tyreek Hill is dealing with an unspecified knee injury. He hauled in 7-of-13 targets for 63 yards while rushing for 15 yards on one attempt in Sunday's 38-20 loss to the Buffalo Bills. The 27-year-old was able to finish the game and didn't appear to be injured in Week 5. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor the situation as the severity of Hill's knee injury is unknown at this time. Mecole Hardman and Byron Pringle would see an uptick in targets if Hill were to miss any games. Stay tuned.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
