3 years agoArizona Coyotes right wing Phil Kessel (foot) is ready to play in the team's season opener on Thursday despite missing the preseason due to an injury. The veteran winger will take the ice for his 901st consecutive regular season game. Kessel's fantasy value has taken a big hit in recent years, but he did have a solid 20-goal year in 56 games last season, adding 23 assists. He's set to play a big role for the Coyotes, who lost a lot of offensive punch over the summer.
