3 years agoColorado Avalanche forward Gabriel Landeskog has received a two-game suspension for boarding Chicago's Kirby Dach in Wednesday's 4-2 win. The incident happened near the end of the game with 3:34 left on the clock. The Avalanche will be without their captain for Saturday's game against St. Louis and for Tuesday's trip to Washington. It's a bitter blow for the team as Nathan MacKinnon (COVID protocol) is already out, although there are hopes of him returning at the weekend.
