3 years agoSan Francisco Giants infielder Wilmer Flores is getting the start at first base on Thursday. The veteran is hitting seventh in Game 5 of the Giants' National League Division Series matchup with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Right-handed reliever Corey Knebel is serving as the opener for Los Angeles with left-hander Julio Urias, who usually starts, also set to pitch. Urias could enter the game right after Knebel, or Los Angeles could theoretically use a second relief pitcher after the right-hander. Flores drew a walk and scored a run in two plate appearances against Urias in the second game of the series.--Ben Rosener - RotoBaller
