3 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady completed 34 of 42 passes for 297 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in Thursday's win over the Eagles. Seemingly unbothered by his thumb injury, Brady led two touchdown drives in the opening quarter, completing 11 of his first 12 passes. While the offense stalled a bit after that, it was still a solid day for the veteran signal-caller, who has thrown for 2,064 yards, 17 touchdowns, and just three interceptions through six weeks of play. Brady told reporters in the postgame that he felt fine physically, so the thumb should be of no concern for fantasy managers moving forward. Up next is a tough Week 7 matchup with the Bears, who rank fourth in pass DVOA.--Tim Capurso
