Antonio Gibson Officially Questionable In Week 6
3 years agoWashington Football Team running back Antonio Gibson (shin) is officially questionable for Week 6. If active, he has a great matchup against an extremely weak Kansas City defensive unit, as they have given up the third-most rushing yards per game (141.0) on 5.2 yards per carry. Gibson should see the majority of backfield touches in this one, so fantasy managers can count on him as a locked-and-loaded RB1 with huge upside in this game. The 23-year-old has scored three touchdowns in his past two games, and will likely get a couple of opportunities to score in this one, as he has been the go-to option when close to the goal line. J.D. McKissic will likely see more usage in the passing game, but Gibson's volume on the ground should make up for a lack of receiving work. If Gibson is unable to play, McKissic would be a strong RB2 option for fantasy managers.
