3 years agoConnor McDavid scored three goals in the 5-2 Edmonton Oilers victory over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night. McDavid, at just 24 years young, has hit some historic highs with some exclusive company. Only three other active players have more hat tricks. Those players are Alex Ovechkin, Sidney Crosby, and Evgeni Malkin. While McDavid has a long way to go to get to Ovechkin's 27, McDavid now has three hat tricks against the Calgary Flames which ties him with Lanny MacDonald for most three-goal nights in the "Battle OF Alberta".--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
