D.J. Chark Jr. Will Miss Remainder Of 2021 Season
3 years agoJacksonville Jaguars wide receiver D.J. Chark Jr. (ankle) will miss the remainder of the 2021 season, according to head coach Urban Meyer. Chark suffered a fractured ankle against the Cincinnati Bengals on the second play of the game in Week 4, so Trevor Lawrence will be without what looked like his top option in the passing game. Chark's future in Jacksonville remains uncertain as he heads into free agency in the offseason, as there have been no reports of contract negotiations between the two sides. Marvin Jones Jr. and Laviska Shenault Jr. will remain the top two targets in the passing game, but neither has been able to produce consistent fantasy numbers since Chark has been out of the lineup.
