3 years agoCleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb (calf) has been back at practice this week and is hopeful that he'll be able to return against the Steelers this weekend. He didn't go so far as to say he was definitely playing, but he continues to work his way back in practice, which is a good sign. With Kareem Hunt (calf) out, Chubb could be expected to see a large workload if he returns this week. However, given his recent injury, it would be smart for the Browns to work another running back in with him. From what we've seen, we can expect the Browns to split the Hunt work between D'Ernest Johnson and Demetric Felton. Johnson would likely get the rushing attempts to spell Chubb after his big game last week, while Felton would be used in the receiving game when Chubb needs a rest. As a result, neither backup seems like a confident flex play outside of deeper leagues.--Eric Samulski - RotoBaller
