3 years agoHouston Texans running back David Johnson could have some sleeper appeal in PPR formats against the Rams defense. With Mark Ingram II now in New Orleans, Johnson figures to see a larger slice of the opportunity pie alongside Phillip Lindsay- though the latter has been rather unimpressive this year. The 29-year-old Johnson has seen four or more targets in four games this year and is Houston's best impression of an all-purpose back with Lindsay likely to operate as a change-of-pace option. As good as the Rams defense has been this year, the unit is weaker against the run, having allowed 25.07 fantasy points per game to halfbacks, while yielding the 10th-most receptions to the position. Johnson could rack up five-plus catches against Los Angeles, giving him some appeal in PPR formats.--Tim Capurso
