3 years agoCarolina Hurricanes goaltender Antti Raanta stopped 23 of 26 shots en route to a 6-3 win on Friday night over the Chicago Blackhawks. It was a season debut that had a minor hiccup just past six minutes into the action. Raanta gave up an early goal, but Carolina answered by scoring six of the next seven goals. The good news was the goaltender did not have to make a lot of high-danger saves in this tilt. It allowed Raanta to get some ice time and on-ice action.
