Salvon Ahmed Has Another Rough Outing
3 years agoMiami Dolphins running back Salvon Ahmed has quickly seen an increase in workload with the absence of Malcolm Brown (quad) over the last few weeks. In each of the last three games, Ahmed has rushed the ball seven times, but hasn't been able to find much room to run. In Week 8, Ahmed rushed for 22 yards on seven attempts and caught one pass for six yards in the loss to the Buffalo Bills. Myles Gaskin remains the starter and will continue to be the lead back going forward. There isn't much fantasy value for Ahmed while Gaskin is healthy. However, fantasy managers in deep leagues should consider rostering Ahmed because he's the next man up, but there isn't much value right now.
