3 years agoAlex Bowman got by Denny Hamlin with seven laps to go, slid up Hamlin's rear, got past him, and never looked back. Hamlin went into the wall while Bowman took home the Xfinity 500 and his fourth win of the NASCAR season. Bowman went on to win by less than a half-second over Kyle Busch. The Hendrick Motorsports Racing car was eighth after Stage 1 but rose to second after Stage 2. Bowman was one of the fastest during the long run as well.
