3 years agoNew York Giants wide receivers Kadarius Toney (ankle) and Sterling Shepard (hamstring) are reportedly expected to play on Monday night against the Kansas City Chiefs after being listed as questionable. Toney missed Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers after aggravating his ankle injury in the first quarter of Week 6, where he posted three catches or 36 yards on the first five offensive plays of the game. Shepard missed the game against the Panthers last week, after posting 10 catches for 76 yards on 14 targets against the Rams in Week 6. With Kenny Golladay (knee) out on Monday night, Toney and Shepard will be the top two targets for Daniel Jones against an extremely vulnerable Chiefs defense. Both receivers can be inserted into starting lineups with confidence as the two of them figure to get the bulk of the targets in a game where a pass-heavy game script will likely be necessary.--Tommy Adamopoulos - RotoBaller
