3 years agoKansas City Chiefs running back Derrick Gore came out of nowhere to put together a nice performance in a Week 8 victory versus the New York Giants. Having just one carry on the season entering tonight, Gore would finish with 11 carries for 48 yards and a touchdown. Despite the nice game, Darrel Williams still saw plenty of action out of the Chiefs backfield. With Clyde Edwards-Helaire (knee) being eligible to return from injured reserve in Week 9, Williams remains the running back to roster. Moving forward, Gore is nothing more than a dart throw in the deepest of leagues.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
