Mecole Hardman Goes For 63 Yards In Week 8
3 years agoKansas City Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman put together another solid performance in a Week 8 victory versus the New York Giants. The speedy reception had the longest reception of the game with a 24-yard shovel pass in the fourth quarter and would finish with five receptions for 63 yards on seven targets. After taking over the No. 2 receiver spot this offseason with Sammy Watkins moving onto the Baltimore Ravens, Hardman has been a productive piece of the offense for the Chiefs with his speed and ability to find open space. He won't be the most consistent receiver on a weekly basis, but he has put up respectable numbers to be considered a WR3/flex option in 10-team leagues. Moving forward, Hardman should have some opportunities to make some big plays in an expected shootout against the Green Bay Packers in Week 9.
