3 years agoDefenseman Dougie Hamilton did not play the final two periods of the New Jersey Devils loss to the Anaheim Ducks on Tuesday night. It is believed he suffered a lower-body injury at some point during the late stages of the first period. For now, the New Jersey defenseman is being listed as day-to-day. It did not look like any one significant hit injured Hamilton either. Hamilton did try to come out for the second period, did a twirl and then left for good.
