3 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard (quad) is expected to "miss some time" with a quad strain, per Jordan Raanan of ESPN. He suffered a quad injury in the second quarter in a Week 8 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Shepard battled a hamstring earlier in the year and is now dealing with a quad injury. The Giants have a bye week in Week 10; the 28-year-old is expected to be ruled out for Sunday's Week 9 contest against the Las Vegas Raiders.
