3 years agoBuffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley (ribs) missed practice on Thursday. Beasley has had a nice season following his breakout in 2021 and was one of the keys to the Bills' win against the Miami Dolphins in Week 8 in which he amassed 110 yards. Even if Beasley plays, he's fringy enough that he should be benched if possible. Moreover, if Beasley misses, Stefon Diggs cements himself as a top five option and Emmanuel Sanders becomes an attractive start in their Week 9 match against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Rib injuries are typically dependent on pain tolerance, so even if Beasley misses this week, he should return fairly quickly.--Jordan Eisen
